"I have been a personal trainer for many years and furthering knowledge through exercise qualifications and University education. After working for the lifestyle services in Cambridgeshire, my specialities are now treating those at a high risk of falling and living with various health conditions. I deliver many strength & balance classes for older adults across Norfolk and have gained the trust of several housing associations following the delivery of falls talks and exercise classes with their residents. My greatest skill is delivering intensive personal training sessions with the goal of promptly regaining my client’s mobility to the required level to confidently join our exercises classes."

Now with over 10 years of experience working within the exercise sector, I am a dedicated health professional with an exceptional track record of supporting sustained, positive lifestyle changes. Working for Senior Strength Fitness I want to provide a high-quality physical activity and exercise service within a community and home-based environment. I have previously led a highly successful Falls Prevention Service across Cambridgeshire managing a team of exercise professional to work alongside the NHS in order to contribute to a reduction in falls and fall-related injuries in the community."
